Charges (Australia only)

National Party Supplies uses a number of reputable carriers to deliver your products Australia wide. Unless stated otherwise, all orders are shipped at our flat rate of $7.95 per order. For any orders in excess of 5kg in total, we reserve the right to increase the shipping fees. We will contact you immediately to discuss the additional fees should this occur.

Where couriers are unable to deliver to your address (ie. remote locations), additional charges may be applicable. We will contact you immediately if your postcode falls outside of our coverage.

Orders are shipped via a standard courier process. If you require overnight shipping please contact us immediately to discuss. Please note that additional charges may apply.

At the time of order, please include a valid email address and any instructions for leaving your order should you not be home at the time of delivery. Without these instructions, our couriers will attempt to deliver your order twice. Should they be unable to do so on either occasion, your order will be taken to the nearest depot and you will then need to collect the order yourself.

On ordering, you will also be sent an email with a link to our tracking dashboard so you can monitor the progress of your order.

Order Times

Depending on stock levels, orders can take up to 5 days to pack and be ready for dispatch. We ask customers to allow 5-10 working days for orders to arrive, depending on location. Customers will be provided with access to our tracking system to monitor the progress of any order placed.

Should any orders be placed for personalised products, delivery times will change. We will contact you to advise expected delivery timeframes at the time of placing the order.

Availability of Stock

National Party Supplies endeavours to maintain accurate stock levels on our website. Website maintenance is generally carried our daily, however we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at the time of order.
