National Party Supplies Refunds & Returns Policy

National Party Supplies offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In the event that your product is faulty or damaged, we will provide either a full replacement or full refund for those products. Customers are required to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your product via info@nationalpartysupplies.com.au. In order to validate your return, please attach any images of the faulty or damaged products.

Please note that return shipping charges can only be refunded if:

  1. National Party Supplies has made an error with your order
  2. The product you have received is faulty
  3. The product has been damaged in the shipping process

 

Our refunds & returns policy does not apply to the following:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Returned products without contacting National Party Supplies prior
  3. Any personalised products
  4. Any products that may be affected due to hygiene reasons

Any return will need to satisfy the following:

  1. National Party Supplies needs to be contacted within 7 days of receipt of product via info@nationalpartysupplies.com.au.
  2. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  3. Products must be in ‘as new’ condition, unless damaged in transit, and with their original packaging intact.
  4. Products must have not been used, worn or soiled.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet the above requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as National party Supples cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in transit. On return of a product, that product must be packaged in a way to protect it against damage.
